The annexe is an attached comfortable self-contained holiday rental in Crantock within easy walking distance of our beautiful beach and village.

The property consists of a living area with fully fitted kitchen, shower room and lovely bedroom with vaulted ceiling.

It has a small rear garden area as well as it's own parking space at the front of the property which is accessed via it's own entrance.

Freeview TV and free WIFI are also provided, as well as towels and bedding.

The property benefits from easy access in and out of Crantock to the nearby beaches at Holywell Bay, Newquay or Perranporth. If you want to leave the car behind there are many beautiful walks along the headland or across the Ganel at low tide over to Newquay. There are also regular buses from the village.

The Annexe is not suitable for pets. If you wish to bring you pet please see 50 The Meadow where pets are welcome.

Beach towels are not provided.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in The Annexe or the garden.
